SESSIONS

Sleep and recovery coaching is a 12 week program designed to optimize your sleep to improve the quality of your sleep and recovery. This program includes an assessment, a personalized sleep optimization program, bi-weekly check in and monthly program review. This program is integrated with all other coaching services, but offered here as a stand alone program for clients that want to work solely on sleep.
